Target BioScience AG takes over the responsibility as Marketing Authorization Holder for medicinal products of companies without subsidiary in Switzerland. The services include but are not limited to:
- Access to Swissmedic portal for your PV and regulatory representatives
- Forwarding any Swissmedic requests and information
- Contracting with logistics partners / pre-wholesalers
Target BioScience AG submits in the name of your company Marketing Authorization Application (MAA) to Swissmedic if your company doesn’t have the Pharmaceutical Establishment (PEL) yet and provides the following services:
- Completing of application dossier(s)
- Submission of MAA as MAH Target BioScience AG
- Follow-up and finalization of the Marketing Authorization approval
- Transfer of Marketing Authorization to your company can be initiated as soon as the Swiss subsidiary has been established.
