Dr. Meinrad Good Received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry (1987) and a certificate (Executive MBA) in «General Management» (2002), both from the University of Zurich.
He has extensive knowledge and experience in the Pharma and Biotech industry since 1987 as Medical Director with Boehringer Mannheim (now Roche), Project Manager at Sandoz (now Novartis), Head Marketing & Sales at Swiss Serum Vaccine Institute (now Berna Biotech) and as Consultant with Target BioScience since 1994.
He has performed a number of consulting projects on a national and international level (i.g. AstraZeneca, Aventis Pharma, Biogen Idec, GlaxoSmithKline, Merck Sharp & Dohme-Chibret, Schering, Wyeth as well as for small/medium Pharma and Biotech enterprises.
Heidi Matter Pharmacist, studied at Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich and University Frankfurt (1965).
She has 27 years of experience in big Pharma as Vice President Marketing at Pfizer AG, Zürich, Pharma Distribution Manager at Bayer Schweiz AG, Managing Director at Cilag AG, Schaffhausen, Managing Director at Janssen-Cilag AG, Baar and as Matter Consult since 1997 as well as Target BioScince since 2005.
She has been involved in a number of consulting projects and/or worked as interims managing director on a national and international level: i.g.: LILLY CCE, Yamanouchi Europe BV, ASKLIA AG (Kaladent, Chassot, Mavena), Vétoquinol AG, Pharmacia AG (now Pfizer AG), Deloitte Consulting, ZLB (now ZLB Behring AG), CILAG AG International, Globopharm AG.
Dr. Hans U. Balthasar Medical Doctor, University of Bern (1965) and MBA-equivalent «Betriebswirtschaftliches Nachdiplomstudium», University of Basel (1971), PMD at Harvard Business School, Boston (1972).
30 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry: Sandoz AG, Basel, Pharmacologist, then Planner Pharma R&D, Roche Diagnostica, Basel, Head of Marketing, worldwide (excl. USA), Johnson & Johnson / Cilag AG, Schaffhausen, Vice President R&D, Europe, Ciba-Geigy / Frumtost / Dispersa, (today: CibaVision): Head of the Corporate Segment Ophthalmology, Johnson & Johnson: Vice President Johnson & Johnson International, responsible for the CILAG companies in Europe.
Since 1994 Management Consultant to pharmaceutical companies, authorities, health care organisations as well as industrial companies. Member of the Board and Chairman of numerous companies in health care, finance, industry, trade, general contracting.
Dr. Jürgen Regenold graduated from the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg in 1989 with a degree in pharmaceutical chemistry. He spent some years in pharmacological research on CNS pre-synaptic transmitter-receptor interactions, followed by the management of pharmaceutical product development and regulatory affairs.
In 1994 he founded his own company Dr. Regenold GmbH. Since then, he has gained extensive experience in managing international drug licensing procedures. In the course of the years, he identified regulatory resources in many European countries and the USA leading into a network “regulanet®” and an affiliated company in UK “UKR Regulatory Affairs Ltd.” enabling him to offer a wide range of services for all kinds of application procedures, regulatory strategies, drug development projects and acquisitions.
Dr. Patrik Frei Patrik graduated from the University of St. Gall, HSG, and made his dissertation about ”Assessment, valuation and monitoring of high growth companies” at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, ETH Lausanne (2005).
His previous occupations include CFO of a logistics company; training at several international corporations: LeCroy (Geneva, New York), Hans Merensky Holding (South Africa), Swatch Group - EM Microelectronic (Marin).
Patrik Frei is founder and partner of Venture Valuation AG, Switzerland. Expertise: assessment of biotechnology companies, European biotech industry, equity and debt financing, project management.
